Human resources are main part of every organization. One of the important factors about human resources is their tendency and ability to right doing their tasks and their interest in participation and cooperation in achievement of the organizations objectives.
An effective way to enhancing this ability and tendency is training. In fact, nowadays training has a vital role in organizations survival in the competition situation.
The 2nd conference of Training Managers intends to communicate the importance of the effective training, show training achievements in successful organizations and enhance training managers’ ability in effective designing, planning, organizing, monitoring and improving human resources training.
This conference after the success of the first conference which was held in June 2007 will be held on 10-11 June 2008.
It is the biggest event in organizational training subject in Iran. In the first conference more than 600 training managers and experts from the best Iranian manufacturing and service organizations participated. Also many companies such as training providers, manufacturers and suppliers of training equipments and tools and training departments of organizations were presented their products, services and achievements in the exhibition which was held beside the conference.
