Application/Key learning points: In this brief video, Liz Hobbs, who is knowledge management functional lead at TfL, provides an explanation of how the organisation has developed an extensive knowledgesharing culture to enable it to share information extensively with stakeholders and with customers. TfL operations and effectiveness depend, to a significant extent, on how well the organisation can store data and make it immediately available at thousands of locations.  The size and nature of TfL operations require the organisation’s knowledge repositories to be available in real time to staff, contractors, and millions of commuters. TfL has done this successfully.
