Application/Key learning points: KM4Dev is a community of international development practitioners who are interested in knowledge management and knowledge sharing issues and approaches. This video presents an interview-type session on best practices in knowledge sharing. It adopts a ‘storytelling’ approach as to how knowledge management systems can be developed effectively. It introduces different approaches, including communities of practice, and gives examples from many organisations across the world. The interviewee is Paul Corney, an expert in knowledge management from the United Kingdom.
