The CedarCrestone 2008-2009 HR Systems Survey surveyed 828 US HR leaders about HRIT applications and practices in their Human Capital Management systems. Responses revealed that:
1. 65% used talent-acquisition applications.
2. 54% used performance-management applications and a further 13% planned to do so within 12 months and a further 20% within 3 years.
3. 63% used learning and training applications and a further 17% planned to do so within 3 years.
