Watch Global Benchmarking Network (GBN) members from around the world share their happy new year wishes and best practices tips to the community.

Representing the Centre for Organisational Excellence Research (the developers of the BPIR.com) is Dr Robin Mann who serves as chairman of the GBN. The first speaker is the honorary life-time president of the GBN, Dr Robert C. Camp, the founding father of modern-day benchmarking.

The GBN was established in 1994 by independent benchmarking centres. The GBN focuses on promoting and facilitating the use of benchmarking and sharing of best practices across the globe for the betterment of society. The GBN promotes Benchmarking through different initiatives, such as funding research studies, organising international conferences, and the Global Benchmarking Award. The award encourages organisations to share how benchmarking (comparing and learning from others) is an integral part of their improvement and innovation drive.
