Sustainable continuous development of Safety Improvement Plan From 2008, Safety improvement Plan (SIP) as managerial processes was being prepared according to Aray Sasol Polymer Company (ASPC) strategy map and long term objectives to achieve Zero harm including 6 Elements (Safety Leadership, Process Safety Management, Safety Campaign, World-Class management system, program and process, behavioural based safety). Effective leading and lagging indicators identified for each element of the plan as
