Scope: This initiative aims to increase the speed of the unit valuation process from when DLD receives a request for a valuation to when it is provided to the customer. The initiative eliminates most of the required documents through the integration of local databases and external systems. It is envisaged that with the new service there will be no need for the valuation committee anymore except in these circumstances
