Aim (the purpose of the project) Find and implement best practices in vehicle fleet maintenance in order to improve vehicle availability and labour productivity of the Dubai Police Mechanical Department and reach world class target. We aim to perform the following: Increase labour productivity from 40% to 70% Increase vehicle availability from 88% to 95% by improving the labour production capacity within the Mechanical Department. at the Department of Transport & Rescue at Dubai Police.
