PEEK (Pyramid of Education Excellence through Kaizen) PEEK (Pyramid of Education Excellence through KAIZEN) framework is an innovative solution which addresses the centralisation of education excellence practices with an aim to teach problem-solving skills to our future generation (i.e. our students). It enhances quality process management and improvement at all layers of quality elements (IMS, KAIZEN, QC, BP, Pv2, TQM). PEEK through Kaizen club integrates six elements of Education Excellence.
