The basic idea of the development programs for the supervisory levels of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is based on the pillars and foundations of the Kingdom’s vision 2030, which involves building people, developing human resources and raising the efficiency of functional cadres in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable administrative development. As the Ministry seeks to prepare and develop young leaders to be qualified second-grade leaders who are capable of leading effectively in accordance with the succession plan, these programs have been designed on scientific grounds that contribute to discovering and developing future leaders according to a methodology based on applying the international best practices in training.
