Developing young Malaysians to be successful entrepreneurs The best practice of SME Bank is to develop young Malaysians to be successful entrepreneurs. This is part of SME Bank strategy to demonstrate its developmental role that has been mandated by Malaysian Government. SME Bank has established a subsidiary to develop the entrepreneurs known as Center for Entrepreneur Development & Research (CEDAR) in early 2013. At the initial stage, CEDAR has been offering the Entrepreneur Training Progr
