Measuring and managing impact and social return on investment is a long-term practice in the Zamzam Society. It is a continuous practice that aims to measure the efficiency of the health services and how these services leave a positive impact on the life of the customers. This practice includes all the health projects and can extend to other fields such as IT and training etc. The idea of applying this methodology began when realising that the services need to be measured to show the supporters and partners how efficient the services are. Zamzam has to prove that their donations were investing the right way.
