The following self-assessment can be used to assess the level of knowledge sharing and collaboration within your organisation. For each section of the self-assessment, calculate the mean value.

 

Recommendations:

Mean values between

1 – 2.5 indicate weak practices

2.51 – 3.5 indicate average practices

3.51 – 5 indicate strong practices

Lower scoring areas offer an opportunity to make improvements, to investigate underlying issues and to further develop best practices within your organisation.
