Action Planning at an award winning community hospital

Short term action plans to achieve the goals of Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, a US community hospital and winner of the 2010 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Healthcare Sector), were developed after goal finalisation during the Strategic Planning Process.
