Balanced Scorecard integrated with incentive plan in Taiwanese hospital
In an effort to contain costs a hospital, recognised as one of the most prestigious public teaching hospitals in Taiwan, implemented a BSC in 2003. To help align staff behaviour with its goals the hospital integrated the BSC with the its incentive plan for non-physicians in 2005.
