Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence helps small businesses improve results

In 2011 the Puerto Rico Small Business and Technology Development Centres (PR-SBTDC), began teaching the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to small businesses on the island, with the intention to increase their competitiveness and help them succeed in a global marketplace.
