From 2010 to 2013, Bed turnaround time (TAT) during discharge processes at Charleston Area Medical Centre (CAMC), a US hospital system and winner of the 2015 Baldrige National Quality Award, were better than the Health Care Advisory Board average of 65 minutes. CAMC achieved a TAT of 55 minutes in 2010, and 50 minutes in 2011, 2012 and 2013. In 2010 the CAMC TAT of 55 minutes was also better than the Baldrige recipient at 65 minutes....
