MFC’s customer loyalty ratings were were rated best-in-class at more than 6% above the US Department of Defence industry average. 100% of MFC’s customers said they “definitely or probably would select MFC for future business.” In 2012 MFC won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award....
