Customer satisfaction with the IT service desk at an award winning hospital system
Customer satisfaction with the service desk for computer-related issues at St David’s Healthcare (SDH), a US hospital system and winner of the 2014 Baldrige National Quality Award, was measured via a customer satisfaction survey. Against a goal of 4.8 on a 1-5 scale, SDH scored 4.9 in 2011, 4.85 in 2012 and 4.8 in 2013. SDH was named one of Truven Health Analytics top 100 hospitals in 2014....
