Education System performance at an award winning local government authority

With "Excellence in Education" is a Strategic Priority, the City of Coral Springs (CS), a US local authority and winner of the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Non Profit Sector), collaborated with its school board to add student stations in order to decrease overcrowding.
