Employee Engagement at an award winning medical centre

An indicator of employee engagement at Charleston Area Medical Centre (CAMC), a US hospital system and winner of the 2015 Baldrige National Quality Award, was the percentage of employed Physicians reporting CAMC was a good organisation to work for.
