Employee perceptions of patient safety at award winning Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre

Among other things the Internal Climate survey at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land (MHSL) a US Acute Care community hospital and winner of the 2016 Baldrige National Quality Award, measured employee perception of patient safety.
