In 2011, nearly 85% of employees at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), a US aerospace and defence systems manufacturer, said they were proud to work for MFC. This result exceeded to US national benchm,ark of 82%. One outcome was that employee retention, an MFC measure of emeplyee engagement, was 95% in 2011 and 94% in 2012. In 2012 MFC won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award....
