ISO 9000: Cutting tool maker granted registration

Valenite Incorporation, a US cutting tool manufacturer (Madison Heights, Michigan), went through a tremendous transition in 1993. In September 1993, an initiative based on the concept of Total Quality Leadership was launched. In December 1993, Valenite personnel set out to achieve ISO 9000 registration for its 14 sites.
