National e-Procurement system reviewed by OECD

The Government of the Republic pf Korea set a nationwide e-Procurement system as one of 11 agenda items to realise e-Government. The Public Procurement Service (PPS) designed the Korea On-line E-Procurement System (KONEPS) system in 2001 and completed the project in 2002.
