Public recognition – Awards received exceed all exceed best-in-class benchmarks

The Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Centre (ARDEC), a US military research and manufacturing facility and winner of the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Non Profit Sector), dominated all competitors in " The Army's 10 Greatest Inventions of the Year" award. The award winners were chosen each year by Soldiers returned from active war zones. ARDEC received 28% of all awards between 2002-2005, compared to the next best competitor who received 15%....
