Freese and Nichols, a US provider of engineering and construction services and winner of the 2010 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Small Business Sector), performed Quality Assurance reviews the initial, midpoint and final milestones of projects. as a check that project management processes were being followed and Quality Control (QC) Reviews were completed on projects.
