The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) pledged to refund all credits due within 30 days, otherwise interest would be paid. IRAS met its stretch target of 100% refunds within 30 days for the three years (2006 - 2009), with more than 95% of refunds being issued within 14 days (Figure 7.15).
