This is a compact course intended for attendees who wish to acquire an understanding of Quality; its evolution over the last 100 years, the principles that define a successful Quality approach, the Quality tools and applications that are available, and how to select and apply the ones that are relevant to your industry.

Courses comprises 8 x 2-hour MS Teams sessions, (Tuesdays & Thursdays) starting Tuesday 25th & Thursday 27th Feb : 10.30am-12.30pm AEDT time
