Supply chain management – Product commitment ratio

This measure indicate the level of partnerships between suppliers and customers and also indicates levels of risk involved. For example a ratio of 1.0 indicates a balanced partnership; however a ratio of 100/1 or 0.01 indicates the degree of risk involved.
