Application/Key learning points: IIf you are looking for a strategy for recruitment and something to help improve the skills of your paramedic workforce, this document is perfect for you. The document contains six key priorities including the largest paramedic recruitment drive in the United Kingdom (aiming to recruit 400 student paramedics), as well as action plans to improve the skills of existing paramedics. It was part of six priorities set out in an improvement action plan to turn the NHS Trust into a high-performing organisation.
