Results from a 1996 UK survey of 724 respondent managers showed that the highest academic qualifications held were; O/A levels 14%, HND/HNC 18%, Bachelors Degree 32%, Postgraduate Degree 23%, NVQ level 4/5 5% and other qualifications 8%.
