Why become trained in the TRADE Best Practice Benchmarking Methodology?

The simple reason is that it is the most powerful approach to change management there is – it is a proven approach (with countless case studies documenting its use and benefits) and it is the only one that is accompanied by a recognized certification scheme. Added to this is an easy to use benchmarking project management system and the support of the Best Practice Improvement Resource. More winners and finalists of the Global Benchmarking Award and International Best Practice Competition have used the TRADE Best Practice Benchmarking Methodology than any other improvement approach.

How to become trained?

We offer Virtual Training to small classes (five to twelve people) so that we can provide individual assistance and include practical workshop exercises. The training is designed to assist you with a real workplace challenge or opportunity for improvement that is relevant to your business. At the end of the training, you will have scoped out a benchmarking project, utilized several benchmarking tools, and know what needs to be done to complete the project. Training is offered over four 3-hour sessions spread over a three- or four-week period. Between these sessions practical exercises need to be completed.

Contact trade@coer.org.nz for the dates of the next training course and/or get five or more people together and we can arrange a special training course just for you.
