What performance measures will you use for your project?
Have a go at completing at least two PMR worksheets and transfer the title of the measures to the P Data Worksheets ready to collect data.

Review (review current state) Steps 4 to 6

Exercise
Complete a Gap Analysis for your project
Now that you have a full understanding of the Review Stage it is a useful exercise to understand how to use the task worksheets to manage the project.
Have a go at completing the Review Task “Review-T” worksheet. This should specify the tasks, analysis tools and meetings you are planning to undertake in the Review Stage and the time/resource required.
