Benchmarking Training

Why become trained in the TRADE Best Practice Benchmarking Methodology?

The simple reason is that it is the most powerful approach to change management there is – it is a proven approach (with countless case studies documenting its use and benefits) and it is the only one that is accompanied by a recognized certification scheme. Added to this there is an easy-to-use benchmarking project management system and the support of the Best Practice Improvement Resource. More winners and finalists of the Global Benchmarking Award and International Best Practice Competition have used the TRADE Best Practice Benchmarking Methodology than any other improvement approach.

How to become trained?

Apart from our public courses we offer:

  • In-house (In-person) Training for a maximum of 20 participants or five teams (if team benchmarking projects have been agreed in advance and each team consists of a maximum of 5 team members).
  • Virtual Training to small classes (five to twelve people) so that we can provide individual assistance and include practical workshop exercises. Training is offered over four 3-hour sessions spread over a three- or four-week period. Between these sessions practical exercises need to be completed.

Review our TRADE Best Practice Benchmarking Brochure (with remote learning option) 2023 for further details and prices.

Or contact trade@coer.org.nz for the dates of the next public training course or to discuss your training needs.
