TRADE Benchmarking Methodology: Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEARNERS

The TRADE Training Course for the Terms of Reference Stage and Review Stage of TRADE is now available. Modules for the Acquire, Deploy and Evaluate Stage will be available soon.

For those not trained in TRADE please start the course asap.

The course contains a training exercise requiring you to propose and work on a potential benchmarking project within your government entity utilizing the TRADE Spreadsheet. You can decide on the project, it could be related to your Dubai We Learn project or completely different.

At the end of the course, you will need to submit a completed TRADE Spreadsheet to Dr Robin Mann, r.s.mann@massey.ac.nz It will be assessed and given a grade of:

– Pass with Merit
– Pass
– Rework required (learners may resubmit their work until they pass)

If you have previously been trained in TRADE, there is no need to undertake the course although it is advisable to use the training material as reference material as you proceed through your Dubai We Learn project.
