- Acquire (Best practices): Execute a research plan to identify partners, conduct ethical outreach, perform site visits or virtual learning, and validate actionable recommendations.
- Deploy (Implement): Communicate recommendations to stakeholders, secure approvals, and execute master action plans while tracking performance impact.
- Evaluate (Prove impact & close): Calculate cost/benefit and ROI, capture lessons learned, share outcomes, and formally close the project for future organisational reuse.
