Grazia brings together expert and experienced NDIS quality auditors to explore how they engage positively with providers to assess quality and safeguarding outcomes.
Through sector-focused insights, the panel will unpack what “quality” means within the NDIS context and how quality outcomes can be identified, evidenced and strengthened.
Participants will gain practical insights into how auditors interpret the intent of the Quality Indicators, use different methods to gather evidence, and determine what meaningful demonstration of safe, high-quality service delivery looks like.
The conversation will also examine the realities of auditing in a safeguarding environment, including how auditors balance risk, safety and participant wellbeing with the full scope of assessment requirements.
Panellists will discuss the skills and knowledge needed to audit effectively under the NDIS, and consider what additional tools, supports and capability initiatives could enhance the quality and consistency of auditing practice across Australia.
