This session will share the contents of the Global Benchmarking Report that highlights the “top 25” higher education institutions in the world.

These high-performers were selected on their sustained excellence over the past 5–10 years according to the following criteria: Student, faculty, staff, and alumni satisfaction; Financial health and affordability; Public and stakeholder trust; Academic and research performance; Graduate outcomes and learning excellence.

Participants will be invited to consider how their higher educational institutions perform today and to engage in discussion about what is going well and needs to improve.

The webinar will finish with a simple and proven approach to enable improvement that has been validated by global research since 1990.
